Costume features a layered tulle skirt attached to a satin blue bodice with attached ruched straps and tulle sleeves. Along the front of the bodice is gathered in a scale like design and is in the same matching colour scheme of purple and blue and embellished with small blue plastic shell shaped beads. In the centre of the neckline is embellished with a sparkling silver starfish.
